Our digital workflow continues onto the pressroom floor. The digital prepress data is transferred directly to the press, which pre-sets the ink fountains. Plates are then mounted automatically by Autoplate mounting devices. By combining these steps, make-ready times are reduced dramatically along with significant cost savings.

Our 6-color Heidelberg Speedmaster CD presses are the solution when you need maximum stock flexibility and uncompromising quality on all jobs. These presses deliver top quality on all kinds of commercial and packaging projects. The unique air-cushion transfer system achieves mark-free sheet travel, without the use of any kind of cylinder covering to clean or replace. This lets press operators make ready color and register, then go right into production without any delays - even on the heaviest coverage jobs.

All this adds up to the ability to run sheetfed print projects with quality and ease, that just a few years ago would have been impossible. Heavy coverage, demanding halftones, coated stock and even process color jobs with varnishes or PMS colors on both sheet sides can now be produced.
